Barefoot Rick at the Jerusalem Marathon -
March 20-21, 2014
"The Running Barefoot on Holy Ground Tour"
Join "Barefoot Rick" Roeber at the Jerusalem Marathon Expo on Thursday 20 March, 2014 at 5:00 pm as he speaks about his barefoot running journey of the last decade. Rick's barefoot running history includes mentoring by Ken Bob Saxton, the modern guru of barefoot running and author of the best-selling book Barefoot Running Step by Step, as well as running with notables such as Barefoot Ted McDonald of Born to Run fame.
Rick's uses his mantra "Inch by Inch, it's a Cinch!" to show how running (especially barefoot) is a life metaphor and how we can make positive changes in our lives if we will but believe in the possibilities. In addition to sharing his story, Rick will also talk about the mechanics of barefoot running and how humankind can benefit from running sans shoes.
When: 5:00 PM, Thursday 20 March, 2014
Jerusalem Marathon Sports and Health Expo

(Limited copies of Rick's books will be available for purchase at the event.)
Barefoot Rick hopes to be the first person to run the 26.2 mile marathon course barefoot in Jerusalem on 21 March. Come hear him at the expo and cheer him on the next day!
